Date and time: July 1 to 15 july 2022.
Welcome from 14.00, start at 16.00.
Ending July 15 after lunch, around 14.00.
It is a two week retreat and you are requested to be present at the start and stay to the end.
If the Covid situation demands a change we will adapt to a different form of retreat.

Concentration, Jhana, and Breath

An in-depth experience of the sixteen steps of anapanasati samadhi


This retreat will emphasize mindfulness with breathing (Anapanasati) to strengthen concentration, explore routes to the absorption states of jhāna, and illuminate the powerful role that right concentration plays on the path of awakening (Insight/Vipassana).

A more extended description will be send to the registered yogi’s.

Pre-requisite: This is designed as an advanced retreat. Prior experience with silent mindfulness based retreats is required.
